ABOUT YESHA PANDYA

Yesha Pandya is a 5th year Architectural Engineering Student at The Pennsylvania State University, In May of 2017, she will graduate with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree, with a focus in construction management. During her time at Penn State, Yesha has been a member of the Student Society of Architectural Engineers (SSAE), National Home Builders Association (NAHB), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and Association for India's Development (AID).

Over the past two summers, Yesha has had internship experience with Southdown Homes and Duke Realty, both located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Summer of 2015, Yesha worked for a home builder, Southdown Homes, in Chester County where she gained experience in the Residential Construction. This past summer, Yesha had the chance to intern with Duke Realty working in the Industrial and Healthcare Construction. Working with the pre-construction manager and project manager helped her understand the process of the construction industry. Through her work with Duke Realty, Yesha was able to gain skills and information needed for her senior thesis project on "New Medical Office Building". 

In her free time, Yesha is working towards starting a side business of designing children's rooms. Few goals of her after graduation is to backpack in India, sky dive, and learn how to cook Indian food.
